Just not in big hurry cause that's an easy sell to wife.
She actually asked (on steep long downhill) "what's that smell?" Brakes.
"Is that normal?" No. I've got to get better ones because of this steep terrain. "Yeah you should do that"
It's all about safety😄

I'll keep you busy :)
Btw a customer of mine needed a new 48v charger for his scissor lift that I work on.
Sent him a link to your site told him its the best deal out there on quality charger.
I did make sure he ordered it with ezgo plug that I get to keep :)
He called me today to schedule me out to install it. Thumbs up!

Just got permission to lift! :)

Going with allsports 5" drop axle (my stock axle is bent,so that's why no spindle lift) and going with 22" x trails.

Should be smoother rolling over bumps for my daughter.
I'm sure package 202b is going to be needed soon after. ;)

New 500 amp controller/400-1000 amp solenoid (thanks Scotty)
ImageUploadedByTapatalk1353225996.995516.jpg

Yes, that is mud on top of controller! I had to try it out -in the rain- ;)

This was a preventative measure to avoid frying my stock sol. And or controller climbing hills after I install my lift and 22" tires
I plan on using the stock controller,solenoid,for.rev. Switch in my resistor Taylor Dunn (shown in my avatar)

Next week I'm expecting lift kit and wheels and tires.

Looks like this just turned into my build thread!!! :)

Excited to watch the progress! You are going to love that new controller

FWIW - I too have cart in garage - with my Audi A6 sitting sadly in the driveway my neighbors think I'm nuts

May I use the "safety" aspect?

I love it, I wouldn't want any grandchild riding in an unsafe vehicle ( we dont have any grandkids yet, I am just practicing saying thagt with straight face)

Safety is very important!! ;)

Had my daughter all day (mom had girls day out) during nap time I got new leaf springs and bushings in ImageUploadedByTapatalk1353295710.033749.jpg

Then just in time she woke up and we went for a quick 30 min trail ride.

Fun new trail section I built few weeks ago. Has cool tree tunnel (hope I still fit under with new lift and tires next week!)ImageUploadedByTapatalk1353296008.179625.jpg

Saw two "froggies" toads.

Then...post ride repairs.

Good times! :)
