99 txt drum issue
Removed rear drums to inspect shoes and drum liner. Drivers side went on no problem. Having trouble with passenger side though. Seems as though there is a lip on the inside edege of drum thats keeping it from going back on. Didnt want to bang on it too much until i asked the experts. Any ideas?

Re: 99 txt drum issue
You grind it off or adjust the shoes in until it goes on but the correct thing to do is to replace it, a lip is formed when the drum has excessive wear on the inner portion.
