Default Any Idea Why My 2008 YDRA Backfires?

I have had a couple experienced service guys make adjustments but my Yammy still back fires after maximum acceleration. Any suggestions?

sounds like it is sucking air (vacuum leak) at carb base.... or throttle plate isn't closing fully.....

Check all 3 gaskets (airbox to carb, carb to spacer, spacer to head). Check throttle blade for full closing when at rest. Put flashlight to one end of carb, look into other end. If you see light, thats bad. adjust at screw circled.

Sounds like you deleted the govenor? If so you will need a jet kit.

Ahh, yes. Forgot about that possibility. Although i disagree with disabling the governor, i do agree that if you do, you are gonna need some fuel.

Thanks all for your replies. This cart does have the governor.
I will check items from all the suggestions provided and let you know how it goes.

Thanks for the pics they're awesome. If only I could figure out how to remove the airbox!
I removed the 2 bolts at the back and took out the air filter. Is there a secret removal trick? Or do I have to jack up the cart and remove screws or something from underneath?
