Installing Key for On/Off switch
Hey Guys, I have a 1992 EZGO Marathon 36 Volt. I want to install a Key Switch to it since my kids took it out for a ride without notice(long story)...
Is this hard to do? any instructions would be most appreciated like always, this site is awesome, so much help here! It currently has a switch to move to F/N/R. There is no switch to keep it off... thanks again! |

Re: Installing Key for On/Off switch
Depending on the age and tenacity of the kids, there may be an easier and cheaper solution. Just hide a kill switch somewhere on the cart.
Just remember parents are the boss, not the kids. |

Re: Installing Key for On/Off switch
So the cart is always "hot" and ready to go? Interesting. Kill switch or key to keep 'em honest is the way to go.

You can always get a chain and lock it up.

Re: Installing Key for On/Off switch
You say you want to install a key switch. OK.
We are confused because your cart came with a key switch when new. What happened to it? It is there left in the "on" position and key broke off or is it just hot wired to always be on and key switch removed? |
