Default Heavy Duty Rear End

I am looking for a heavy Duty rear end to install into my 2004 EzGo PDS Limo cart....... Anyone ever install a rear end out of a small car? Thank You.

You could install one of the HD rears, 5 lug, out of an industrial ezgo. Axles are about twice as thick as regular carts

I put one of those in last year. Brand new from EzGo. Still have a problem with the bearing turning in the bearing race. Too much weight. I need something even more heavy duty.

How much weight are we talking about? What kind of cart? What motor or engine?

I upgraded it to 48 volts and AC Drive. It's a 2004 EzGo PDS.

There are 2 batteries in the bag well plus the rear seat. Along with 6 people weighing about 1200 pounds.
