Stainless Steel OEM Marathon Frame
I have a EZ-GO Marathon in my shop for repairs and it has a production OEM Stainless Steel frame.
Does anyone have any history on this production run? Is it an R&D sample? Is it special? I have never seen one like this before. I have no history on this cart. The OEM data tag is missing from the passenger side..... (is there another place on the frame where it would be stamped?) The battery pack is 48 VDC. I can not find p/n's on the controller....It has the body of an early 36-48 VDC Curtis Controller. ie. 1209-5501 or 1205-201 The motor is from "Electric Vehicle Power Systems" .... "AKA" Advance Drive Motor???? The part number on the motor is: Advanced DC Motor Part Number: BD5-4002 Vented 36-Volt HS Motor Model: 73124G05 EZ-GO Part Number Manufactured by: EZGO Used on 1994-2003 E-Z-GO Electric TXT Models Product Description: Vented ADC HS Series Electric Motor is the ideal motor for use on 1994-2003 E-Z-GO Electric TXT Models. This motor is not compatible with DCS (Drive Control System) or PDS (Precision Drive System) Vehicles. This Motor Series fits vented high speed Advance motor. Any Ideas?? |
