I am still trying to get a diagnosis on my 48 v Club Car DS. I have also bypassed the OBC. I have check the v glide speed controler (Half Moon). I checked the ohms by connecting my meter at the 3 wire connector at the speed control yellow wire and purple wire. as I pressed the gas peddle the ohms increased from 0-5700 ohms and back to zero when I released the peddle. From what I read this is acceptable. I cleaned the copper pads as well. I charged the batteries and let them sit for 24 hours and checked them daily without moving the car the voltage is below:
Day 1 Day2 Day 4 Day 7
#1-8.49 v 8.38 v. 8.35 v. 8.32v
#2-8.5 v 8.39 v. 8.36 v. 8.32v
#3-8.42 v. 8.35 v. 8.31 v. 8.3 v
#4-8.44 v. 8.33 v. 8.21v. 8.3 v
#5-8.41 v. 8.39 v. 8.3 v. 8.3 v
#6-8.43 v. 8.3 v. 8.25 v. 8.2 v

I will post additional test info hopefully later today. Prior to charging I rode around for 30 minutes on relatively flat ground and have not experienced any power loss as before, no riders no heavy load. I am gifting the car to my son and don't want him to get stranded driving my grand daughter to the local park nearby. All advice appreciated.

What does this mean?

If You by-passed the charging control circuit, what charger are You using?

If You have the time to repeat the test above, disconnect the pack negative and positive cables after you have charged the batteries.

That will eliminate any parasitic load and determine if your batteries are just self-discharging too much due to age/conditions.

If the batteries hold the charge better than the previous test, look for any accessories or reducers that are connected to the batteries.
