Default What am I missing? PDS 36V

I apologize in advance for the long post. So back in July I had my really nice 36v PDS stolen. When it was recovered most of the wiring was cut and the controller was burnt. I finally have the heart to put it back together and I keep hitting road blocks. I bought a brand new complete PDS wiring harness and installed an older used 400 DCX alltrax that I had. I cant get the controller to power on and no power to the key switch. Solenoid is good when jumped and the controller worked when I pulled it. I have the correct voltage on B+ & M+ just nothing coming out of the backside of J1 molex. Any ideas?

1. In forward when you press the go pedal there should be 36v(+) to pins # 1,3,4,5 & 7-10 and 36v(-) at pin 6 at J1
2. And 36v(+) at pins 1&2 at J4
3. As well as a low voltage (+) signal between pins 3&4 at J4
4. And 36v + at 1-4 on J3

All this when you try to go.

What are you missing? Does the solenoid click.
Please answer 1-4

They do not, the Alltrax control is potted in resin to protect the components from water and vibration damage. The resin makes repairs impossible

Suggestions? like this?

Hands down - the Alltrax XCT48400PDS control and SW180 solenoid is the BEST upgrade ever available for the stock Ezgo PDS cart. You will see 35% more torque and 23 mph from the stock motor on stock size tires. There is nothing even close in value on the market. The Alltrax XCT control is user programmable, shift on the fly compatible, and carries a full 2 yr replacement warranty. I have the lowest price on the net.

That's helpful, giving my voltage readings you believe mine is toast?

If I understand correctly, you are trying to get a DCX400 to work in a PDS cart.
If so, you are using a PDS to DCX adapter and the attached schematic shows the plate of spaghetti the adapter wiring looks like.

The first step is to get battery B+ to J1 Pins 4 & 5. Without those two voltages, nothing will work. You should have B+ on those two pins even when J1 is unplugged from the adapter.

You said you have B+ on J1 Pin-10. That is a ghost voltage being fed through the beeper, but the beeper is fed by the same wire that feeds Pin-5, so you ought to have B+ on Pin-5, or the "sonic" weld in the new control harness is bad.

I've had problems with the wiring harness JohnnieB is talking about corroding due to lack of use. Spraying every connection with electronic cleaner fixed it immediately. Might be worth a try.
