Default New to me cart not moving

Ok here it goes. It's a 2010 that we picked for cheap. Batteries voltages and load test are good . Turn the key on and the little orange light comes on but nothing else. No beep or back up buzzer or nothing. The previous owner who was the sell so I really don't trust said it was a simple fix. He said it was a burnt black wire in the freedom plug on the harness side of the plug. I may be wrong here but when I look at the freedom plug there are no wires that connect to the black pin in the plug so how could that affect the operation. Am I missing something here ? Where do I start to look? Cold it be the motor controller?

First, what model 2010 cart? Ezgo? Txt or Rxv? This freedom plug business sounds like BS to me.

I thought the freedom plug was fishy to . Where would the model be located at on the cart? Also the light I'm talking about is on the key on off gear switch. It's a little orange light in the left corner. It's definitely a ezgo

Is the light in a round fuel meter? Rxv does have a optional round fuel meter, and it does have a orange light that comes on when the controller believes the batteries are dead. What are the voltages at each battery? (HINT- "Uhh, 12 volts" is not the answer I'm looking for, we need 2 numbers past the decimal point, taken while the key is ON, like 12.35v, numbers for each battery please).

Ok by doing some research I believe it is a 2010 rxv cart. The forward, reverse is on the on off key switch. Anyone know what we should do next
