Post a few pics of the install (over-views not closeups) maybe we can see something amiss?

That is a great install thread. I used it to do my install. I think I have found my
problem and will update when I get reinstalled. Is the left side of the reversing
contactor as looking at the picture I posted the forward side?

Found the S1 and A1 wires missed labeled (MY LABELING ERROR). Corrected and
re- installed.
Still clicks, no go.
Checked motor. Found no continuity between A1 and A2 on the motor.
Have continuity S1 and S2.
Assuming at this point we need to talk new motor.

Put a fresh battery in the meter, Disconnect the battery pack, disconnect all 4 wires from the motor .... retest. Last resort would be a motor voltage test see diagram but yeah, we can talk motors. GO here > http://www.cartsunlimited.net/motors.html

Getting back on it tonight. Could no continuity between A1 and A2 cause the clicking
in the solenoid and controller?

A good motor will have continuity between both A terminals and between both S (or F) terminals but no continuity between any A and any S terminal.

Success at last. Well sort of. Took the motor to a local shop. The armature was locked up. He had some parts and pieces laying around, put them in and I was on my way for
very little. Put the motor in and the wheels turned, but opposite of what I expected. Forward is reverse and reverse is forward. Should I just turn the F&R switch(SW202)
around or is some wiring reversed? Will the torque and speed be the same? I have yet to
hook up the orange wire for half speed reverse.

Double check your s1 and s2 connections aren't reversed
