I am thinking of the immediate utility. I can ride it now. The batteries are about a year old. With the other option I could not use it and would still need to buy a whole set of batteries/charger/etc.
I can still upgrade this but use it in the meantime. Then sell the charger, old motor, etc. That is my thought anyway. |

There is something to be said for purchasing a cart that you know is working even if you plan to replace a lot of stuff.

If it helps, I just got my 02 TXT (lifted and running smooth) for $800. It needs a few things such as new front tires, new windshield, and rear seat. But overall I'm really happy with my purchase.
