You could make the drive down to Stoltzfoos Batteries and Golf Carts in Leola Pa. They will have each of the "chips" and I'm sure Ben will show you how to install one. It is very simple. However, you will be most happy upgrading the controller. I started out with a chip and wasnt that impressed so I upgraded to an Alltrax xct500 amp controller
