Re: Reverse buzzer diconnect
I think disconnecting the reverse buzzer on the RXV will shut down the cart. The solution is to "quiet" the buzzer with foam, duct tape, etc.; thats what i did, and it worked nicely. There are numerous threads on this forum on that subject. Good luck.

Re: Reverse buzzer diconnect
In today's litigious society, I'd think long and hard about disabling the beeper. (Read attached article)
Just quietening it down a bit may be more defensible in court. |

Re: Reverse buzzer diconnect
Mine was very annoying so I put a little tape over the hole. It's still loud enough to hear but not annoying. I would not recommend disconnecting it but quieting it down a little is what I did.

Re: Reverse buzzer diconnect
I used duct tape and it can still be heard but not as noisy. It is under the controller cover if you wish to test options..

Re: Reverse buzzer diconnect
This is exactly what I did too. Put a little piece of foam in the buzzer hole and covered it with tape. I can still hear it, but I don't have to yell over it when talking to someone!
