Precedent cart won’t go or stops intermittently
I recently purchased a 2012 precedent with original batteries. It all seems in good working order except after it sets for a bit or after riding it just shuts down. I have to pump the accelerator multiple times before it kicks back in. Any thoughts? Also this is my first cart I’ve owned

Re: Precedent cart won’t go or stops intermittently
Unplug the two pin connector from the MCOR (under the floor mat at the pedal assembly and connected to a linkage from the pedal) and jump out the connector with a paper clip or a small piece of wire. It will be a blue wire and green wire connector. If it runs with the jumper in place, your MCOR has failed. Get one here https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/mcors
The other part is the potentiometer inside the MCOR. If it fails, then with the key Off, pump the pedal 25-30 times and then turn the key back On. If it runs then, your MCOR needs to be replaced. |
