Default 2007 Precedent not moving

working on a 2007 precedent. Stock motor with Alltrax controller and super duty solenoid. Problem was motor was moving (more like vibrating?) cart was lurching in the direction the F/R selector was in but really going nowhere. I made the assumption that MCOR2 was bad and ordered new from Revolution. Installed and still having the same issue. Pack voltage is 51VDC. I had a spare motor from a speed upgrade I did and it does the same thing. Any ideas ?
thanks Sean

Solenoid not pulling in. Can you hear it click? Put your meter across its two small terminals and you should have ≈48v when you step on the throttle.

solenoid engages and motor will cause the cart to lurch but not actually move

Not 100% sure how to check that. I will log in and see what the status is. I know it has blinking lights but not to easy to see with all the batteries in. Thanks and I'll let you know what I find.

plugged into controller and doesn't show any trouble codes. However its showing low pack voltage when the pedal is pushed. I put a VOM on the pack and shows 51VDC. We reset the controller and it ran perfect till we stopped then back to the same issue. Going to call Alltrax in the am and see what they say. Thanks
