Still not cool. Who paid to return it? How much rent did you pay?

I'll keep my opinions to myself but most of the big box auto parts stores have rental programs where you basically "buy" the tool you need, use it and return it for a full refund.
Saves ordering and waiting for the delivery truck.....

Mostly off topic at this point. Back in the old days there wasn't as much in the way of online shopping, so tools bought or rented came from the auto parts stores. (Napa, Advance, Autozone locally) Drove there to get them and drove there to take them back.
Most parts stores rent breaker bars, socket sets, specialty tool kits, pullers, ball joint /u-joint press kits, etc. Usually $50 to $150 and you get that back when you return the tool.
Anything I bought and returned was in perfect shape. Not that it would change anyone's opinion of the matter, but I never returned anything that I had to hammer on or boogered up.

This definitely counts as “hijacking someone’s thread”, so I’m sorry for the OP. But thank you Fairtax… too many Karens out there. I’m pretty sure Bezos can afford to pay $6.50 postage……..

No yet.

I am waiting for my new FSIP motor and will then tackle it again.

Cart is in constant use as both wife and I are golfers. Need to minimize down time

We all know that this is not going to work!!!!
You need to take her and get her own or you sneak out and get you one!!!
Trust me, someone eventually always ends up walking. And it's never "her"

While prying up with your knees (extremely hard), hit a piece of aluminum or brass with a big hammer squarely on the nut. Wood will absorb all of the energy you are trying to deliver to the shaft and nut.

I just had the same issue with my g29 and precedent, soaked it with PB blaster then I backed out the nut until it was flush with the shaft then took an air hammer with a hammer tip pulled on one side with my free hand and gave the air hammer a few short bursts, turned the wheel a 1/4 turn every couple bursts and 30 seconds later it popped free
