Re: Electric Club Car wiring
I have two 89s, what is it you want to know about the wiring?

Re: Electric Club Car wiring
I was not sure of the color schematics for the V glider unit I replaced. The diagram just gives a bunch of numbers, however, no colour codes. I put everything back together and now I am getting nothing happening when I hit the peddle. When I put it in reverse I hear the buzzer, however, still nothing. Thanks for any help. I took a picture of the entire compartment and wires before taking it apart, however, my son erased all my photos. Thanks again

Re: Electric Club Car wiring
OH! I hate when that happens, LOL> Have you checked the micro switch inside the v glide for in and out put?
I can look at my wires if you tell me what size and color you are wondering about? The body is off of one in the garage... |

Re: Electric Club Car wiring
Okay thanks That would be great. The wires are greeen and red. There are three prongs for the wires to go on. I havd the green on the bottom and the middle empty and the top red. Wil the cart not work if they are on the wrong prongs. The Micro switch has a metal unit that clicks on and off what does they micro unit control? Thanks for your help.

Re: Electric Club Car wiring
They are power in & power out @ the microswitch. The switch interrupts/provides power to the solenoid. My '89 is wired green on the top, center not used, red on the bottom. Will not work if you have swapped them. No harm done, just swap them again.

Re: Electric Club Car wiring
Glad it is moving under it's own power. Is it slow at all speeds? OR missing top speed? Could be a v glide related problem
