G16 Will not charge, not even with new s/n! HELP!?!?
I think the title explains it, this is a G16 cart, just put a new starter/generator on it, and the battery is still dying. What could be causing this? I would think that the starter/generator would fix this problem!

Not to sure about "yamahas" but if it won't charge, the v/r is most likely the cause, or a wire/conection

Well, I got back about an hour ago and just had a chance to post. As strange as it may sound, a new solenoid is on order for this cart.
 I jumped it and the cart ran fine and turned over. I also put a new battery in it, just to be sure. Thanks for the quick responses!  |
