Sounds like weak batteries. How old are they and do they drop in voltage while the cart tries to run?

I posted in your other thread. It sounds like the controller is sensing a problem and shutting down. What the problem is, well thats the big money question.

I’m wondering if it could be a bad controller too...

If the key & f/r switches, solenoid, wiring, tps, motor, batteries all test good and brushes are good then it would almost have to be a controller

If cycling it causes it to reset then it’s doubtful. It seems like it’s working. Check it with a multimeter to be sure.

No problem, let us know if you need a wiring diagram to check the wiring and/or switches. Also @cgtech may offer insight as well.
