Default 93 cc ds cranks slow

New fully charged battery. Club car is son's it is in Livermore Kentucky and I am in Missouri. The cart quit wouldn't start. I told him how to replace micro switch on shifter. Now it cranks not fast enough to start.

He took starter to be repaired a few months ago but doesn't know what they did.

Make sure the starter/generator is spinning as it should. If so, check for loose/worn out belt.

Would really need to know what was repaired on the SG. Cranking slow can be a few things, usually that’s low battery voltage, a poor/loose connection or bad cable.
Depending what was wrong with the SG before, there could be a new problem with the SG or the repair failed. If they put new brushes in the SG and did not properly install them they could be damaged or already worn out which can cause issues.
I had one SG that had a failed winding that would turn over slowly but it would get very hot within just a few seconds and start smoking out of the housing.
