Re: Onto my next 88 ezgo problems
It is only about 4" square. It has many holes in it now for various jobs.

Your screw holes will be metric 6x1. Be careful that you don't screw them in too deep, and crush the pulsar underneath.

So I am in the process of pulling the motor because I have replace the pulsar coil. I know down the road I would like to switch out the engine and I figured why not look into it now.
So what type of motor do you guys suggest? Should I stay with gas or do I go diesel? if possible I would like to turbo it or supercharge it. Im not sure if supercharging it is real possible on these small motors. |

Depends on what the puller looks like. Can you post a pic?

Re: Onto my next 88 ezgo problems
Put the crank into the center hole and make sure you aren't going to booger it up. Install the two outer bolts and turn them in evenly. Don't go too deep with the two bolts or they will hit something under the flywheel. Use washers if you need to. When you have enough pressure applied to the two bolts, the flywheel will pop off.
