Default ezgo clutch

Want to pull my drivin clutch apart on a 03 ezgo for machining was wondering if anyone can explain how the secondary comes apart and if I should put 28 deg ramps while I'm in there thanks

Nice thanks a ton man can I put 28 deg ramps in it with out getting the 28 deg cam or helix ?
Just wondering because I was goin to do it today have to wait on cam if so

I don't know. That's the extent of my knowledge on these clutches. Mine works very well in stock form.

I use an Ez-go Text drive clutch on my Opposed,I added the stronger spring to it,it gives a little higher engagement rpm,and smoother takeoff for normal use,like yard-work.I've run it for 2 years now,and no complaints.

I pulled the secondary apart today and its got a bad dip in the cam /helix and the cam button or ramp shoes are gone how should I wind up the secondary when reassembling

120 degrees... Also for more torque you can use a drive belt for a 2PG. It is tough to get on, and does accelerate wear, but it keeps the clutches from "downshifting".
