08 Precedent Gas, accelerates -stops- then takes off
I have a 2008 Precedent gas cart that has had the governor opened up entirely previously (don't know how to reset it). It is used on a golf course. Every time that I press the accelerator, the cart goes maybe two feet, stalls out, then takes off and runs fine. This happens every time, not just when it is cold. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and hoses, battery, and pedal assembly. I have noticed that the fuel filter is only about 1/8 full of fuel. On my dad's cart (2008 Precedent) it stays about 1/4 to 1/2 full. That's why I tried the fuel pump first. Could this be a vacuum issue? Any other ideas?

you need to take lid off box acc. cable runs to.use 10 mm wrench loosen nut inside box about 5 turns tighten nut outside of box. this will make sure engine is running before giving it gas.
