MrGray Is that a DoubleTake Extended Top? I've been looking at one for my re - RE - build on my 1996 that I overhauled last spring ... then flooded in Matthew.

Happy to help as well if there are any questions I could help with.

Yes it is. Everything on the cart is double take except the rims and tires. Where are you from? We had major flooding here from Matthew also. I didn't, but my area did. Eastern North Carolina.

What size tire/wheels combo is this? Looks great! Any lift at all?

I think they are 205/50/10. The only lift it has is the 1" front bar lift that comes with the Spartan body set. It's just a spacer that goes under the front spring.

Thanks for the info. I have a 1" body spacer waiting to go on and new wheels and tires are next. I was thinking 205/65-10 and by looking at your picture, they would fit fine.

Nice score on that DS, OP! Nothing like a clean slate to work from.

What are the plans? Lift, wheels, color, upholstery?

Well squirt me in a donut cuz I'm officially jelly!

Nice find fishstick!! Great price!

I can never seem to these great deals on carts. Not that I have the room. Plus, my wife would probably not be too happy about me bringing home another cart, phenomenal deal or not!

Good luck with your project! Can't wait to see the progress.

I’m reviving this post! Lol- great looking rebuild, you even replaced the seats with the newer one-piece style and didn’t forget the hip restraints, nice! If it weren’t for the front strut braces you’d never know it wasn’t a newer style. Great job. BTW, where did you put the charge port on the new body - I don’t see it?
