Pin #4 is what turns the display On/Off, if You want that to work off the key switch, just remove the jumper to Pin#4 and run a new wire from pin #4 to the cold side of the key switch.

If You can get the full model number of the 906 meter, it will tell you what method and/or high voltage it needs to reset to full.

Did You ever measure the max voltage reached during charge?

thanks will give this a try

someone nabbed cart,should be able to get later..is there a chart somewhere?

Did You ever measure the max voltage reached during charge?
its somewhere around 57+ volts,had the fluke hooked up,but evertime i got chance to look it kicked charger offthese batts are only 15 months old and they seem to not last worth a beans.they are Bond/Ramcar/Motolite from PhilipinesState contract so stuck with them

Unfortunately You cannot really measure battery quality based on age since it depends on how many charge cycles and at what depth they have endured.
