Default 2006 precedent got wet?

Considering buying a electric precedent that the owner says he was driving it and went though like a foot to foot and a half of water and it stopped suddenly. I own two gas club cars but dont know much about the electrics. Any guesses what it could be and what kind of repair costs we are talking. I would do all the work myself just curious what kind of costs i could be looking at. Any ideas guesses or knowledge welcome. thanks

Could be as simple as a bad or corroded connection.
MCOR could have flooded: $100
Might have popped controller: $500
Failed solenoid: $75
Bad wiring harness: $125
Any or all of the above
Not likely motor or rear end were harmed, they' sealed pretty well.

If you are buying the cart for personal use. I'd buy at $1600, if he won't move on price.
If you are buying to resale.
If the batteries are less than 2 years old, I'd try to buy at $1500.
2+ years old I'd be more in the $1200 to $1400 range.
That's a good looking cart.
I wouldn't work him too hard.
I don't know where you are, so I don't know your market, here I'd be putting that cart on my trailer.
