Movin-on - There is no fuse on the gray wire.

ALL - I took the cart to a local shop and they tried it on 2 different carts they had there and it would not kick on either of them. I left the charger there to be repaired for $82.00, I pick it up on my way home tonight. I will post an update after I try it.

Charger has been repaired and tested before I left the shop with it. Took it home and hooked it up to the golf cart and nothing, does not even click when plugged into cart. Is it common for the charger and OBC to go out together? I bought the cart in this condition but when I got it half the cells on the batteries were low and had no charge. Batteries are good now charger has been repaired but still wont charge.

To reset the OBC the following must be done in this order: • Key Switch to Off • Forward/Reverse to Neutral • Tow/Run Switch to Tow • Disconnect the Battery NEGATIVE (–) wire from the Battery Minus terminal on the battery pack.

• Put the Tow/Run to Run • Forward/Reverse Switch to Reverse • Key Switch to On • Lock the throttle pedal down The reverse buzzer will sound and go off in about 30 seconds. Leave the cart like that for 5 min to cause the OBC to reset. To reconnect the OBC back into the system: • Key Switch to Off • Forward/Reverse Switch to Neutral • Tow/Run switch to Tow • Reconnect the Batt – wire to the battery minus terminal on the battery pack. Once the OBC has been reset, the cart can be troubleshot. There is always a chance the OBC has completely failed and the reset process will not fix the problem. Consult your Club Car manuals or contact Alltrax for more troubleshooting of vehicles with an OBC
I tried the reset process for the OCB several times but no luck, also the reverse buzzer never sounds. The buzzer works when put in reverse with the battery cable connected.

Did you ever try running the gray wire from the receptacle to pack negative...

You said in Your previous post: "I took the cart to a local shop", did they not test the OBC?

You already knew You are not getting voltage at the Relay coil terminals, so the issue is in the cart side.

That procedure by Ted4Alltrax only seems feasible if You have Flux Capacitors in your controller, there is no way for the buzzer to ever go off on a IQ system when the battery power has been disconnected.

It looks like the OBC has failed and You need a smart charger.

No I have not tried that yet.
I cut the gray wire and run it from the plug receptacle to the negative of the battery pack?
What should the result be?
