I did not get a chance to work on the cart this weekend but back at it today. I connected the gray wire straight to the battery pack and now I can hear the relay click in but still wont charge. I took a voltage reading across the battery pack and read 49.3 volts. I opened the charger up and with the plug in the charging receptacle I measured voltage across the red wire on the amp meter and the black wire to the rectifier and it read 58 vdc. I measured across the red wire and the gray wire inside the charger and it read 49.3 vdc |

I was not getting continuity on the gray wire through the charger receptacle. Took it apart and cleaned it but still not working. Replaced the charging receptacle now charger is working.
