I cut the gray wire and run it from the plug receptacle to the negative of the battery pack?
What should the result be?
That will supply the negative to the charger relay and the charger should work and confirm a bad obc since you confirmed no voltage on the relay blue and red wires..
Again make sure the red wire from the receptacle to pack positive is in good condition...That supplies the positive to the relay as I stated in post #2..

Let me start by thanking you for all of your help to this point, I really do appreciate it.

I did not get a chance to work on the cart this weekend but back at it today. I connected the gray wire straight to the battery pack and now I can hear the relay click in but still wont charge.

I took a voltage reading across the battery pack and read 49.3 volts. I opened the charger up and with the plug in the charging receptacle I measured voltage across the red wire on the amp meter and the black wire to the rectifier and it read 58 vdc. I measured across the red wire and the gray wire inside the charger and it read 49.3 vdc

I was not getting continuity on the gray wire through the charger receptacle. Took it apart and cleaned it but still not working. Replaced the charging receptacle now charger is working.
