Default 03 Club Car DS Factory Limo Hop Up Build in process Questions

It’s been a while and I’m currently working on a new build. Below I’m listing the parts I’m working with for the build along with some pictures. It’s a 2003 Club Car DS factory limo.Running 8-6v Crown H19s. I’m upgrading the motor, main solenoid, battery wires, controller, getting rid of the factory forward and reverse lever and installing a toggle switch with ITS series multi-solenoid F-N-R.
Parts list installing:
Alltrax SR48600 Controller
2-White Rogers 48v 586 solenoids
MZJ400A main solenoid
F-N-R toggle switch
1 resistor
1 diode
1 ANN400 fuse
Plum Quick Rattlesnake

I’d like to say I love wiring but mainly I love the install part of things like soldering, finding spots for things to go, and cleanliness of a job well done not reading schematics.

Now on to my issue/questions. With all the parts I received a E-Z-GoITS Series Multi Solenoid diagram,Alltrax manual, Plum quick paper on what not to do,and Axe club car series motor schematic. None of the paperwork helps me out. Where do I even begin? Maybe someone can direct me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance.

May be a dumb question (I am really good at those!) but why multiple solenoids?

I believe he's going to use those as forward and reverse contactors.

I didn't like the idea of the Alltrax 400A fuse hanging off a battery terminal so I mounted it on the frame rail behind the batteries.
Now I don't have to pull the battery terminal cable to disconnect, that can be done at the fuse.

Those are nice cables...did you assemble them or get them that way? Where from?

Please tell me you didn’t bolt that to the frame Major no no. You can buy a fuse holder to do the same but never connect directly to the frame.

As for wiring your cart is based on a DS so get the wiring diagram for that for the wiring colors for key switch and throttle. The rest you will just have to figure out.

I can't help you with your install but do have a question.

Did you double check that the EZGo inductive throttle sensor is compatible with your CC DS?

Controller can be changed to use the throttle used with the club car using the Alltrax software.

Thank you! I know it can be changed but I just wasn't sure if all the controllers have the same selections to choose from. Thank you for clearing this up for me.
