There is a lot of truth to that, but like in all things you get what you pay for. I have Trojans right now, but will never buy them again. My next set will have a 7 year warranty with the first 4 years 100%, and last 3 years prorated. It takes a quality battery to make that kind of warranty.

That's a common warranty for high end automotive start batteries but I have never seen this type of warranty on a deep cycle. The best warranties I have seen on deep cycle batteries are 2 years free replacement. Is there someone out there that has better?

Ok I just looked and made a slight error, it is 7 years. with first 2 100%, and last 5 pro-rated.

It is the Surrettte 4000 Series warranty, and the two Golf Cart batteries are EHG 210M, and the EIGH 225M
