great thread now that its back on track
i am interested in the same as Shawn although my cart is a 1996 TXT 36 Volt, my cart is used to tow my car at the track aswell if anybody has a parts list & numbers required to convert to 48 Volt would be great i am also interested in knowing what the next step up from the 48 Volt Conversion is & also part numbers ect if availiable regards rod |

I could tell a little more torque after adding the 2 gauge cables, and put a tape on the front tires to check toe. I had set them by eye after adding the lift kit. It was 1.5 inches of toe in! A couple more lbs of tire pressure helped too.

take a couple straight edges, like a framing square-box tubing, whatever, put on the outside of each front wheel, running front to back.
Measure from each right in front and behind the tire, the tow should be 1/8 or 1/4 shorter on the front edge |
