Should I buy this?
Ok, Im lookin at buyin a late 90s EZGO TXT Refreshment cart, its very rough, severe body cracks, charger is broken, no batteries, battery box is rotted out, bad frame front and back of it, and we dont even know if the kitchen unit works, the roof has fabric on it thats all ripped, i worked on this cart about 2 years ago they said it had been sittin for about 3 years before I came and fixed it now I get a call from them sayin its not runnin again, they dont want to mess with it anymore, they said for me to make them an offer im thinkin startin out a 150, I wont pay any more than 300 for it, but if yall have any suggestions for if I should buy it or not tell me and also tell me what you think its worth, its called a Workhorse 1100E, and its a 36 volt controller cart. with a light bar on the front and taillights in the back, light bar works but tail lights dont.
