I took apart the Mcor but looks intact. I am sealing it to put it back.

Any other thoughts???

What does the Mcor does anyways?

The car works fine for the first mile (measured 51v), then it goes to half speed (measured 48.7v). If I wait until next day, the same happens.

The batteries are 1 year old and well maintain.

Could it still be the batteries???

Ok to all interested, The problem is solved.

The car started to fail more often by going slow. I checked the Mcor and it was within values. I check the battery pack and everything was ok (51v).

There is a volt reducer I installed (48v to 12v) a few months ago to install the light kit and a radio. I bought it for under $20 in Ebay from China. The transformer was super hot so I disconnected completely and have tested for two days now.

The car is better than ever as far as speed goes and no slow hicops!!!

Can someone recommend a good volt reducer?
