Default Refurbishing Batteries?

Has anyone used this chemical? Does it work?

Got to be some kinda MAGIC OIL in them there bottles!

If this liquid can actually strip the sulfate off the plates, where does the sulfate end up? At the bottom of the battery case where it can solidify again? Shorting out the plates? Enabling a nice explosion? Really?

Their descriptions actually never make any real claims (hard data), so when it doesn't work who can you blame? Proper care will make any pack last for years and years. IMHO it is better that you spend your money on a new pack and treat them right from day one.
