Alltrax series controllers are all set to 100% speed from the factory. I would start by verifying the controller is seeing 100% throttle input (does the controller led turn orange when gas pedal is fully pressed).

I will check tomorrow if it does, it just felt like it didn't have much juice for a 500 amp 48 volt setup, seemed more like a stock setup.

I hooked up my laptop and verified 100% throttle, I ran a monitor while driving in forward and reverse as well as going up a hill. I also got my GPS out and top speed was 7 mph in both forward and reverse
I can't get the monitor data to load now it looks like an excel csv file. It is getting an error message sending the command to the program. From what I remember batteries showed 48volts however motor showed in the low 20s most of the time. Edit: I did get the data to load if anyone can show me where the problem is. I may send the file to alltrax Any ideas where to go from here? |
