"pacesetter" is just the trade name from a company that made the aftermarket body that is on your cart. Sounds like a refurb course cart.

To my surprise, the repair did not hold. Going to have to replace the throttle sensor. I've attached a picture of what I need, going to see if a sponsor carries it...

im not surprised it didn't hold lol, they don't make super glue like they used to, it only sticks to skin now

I found that same price at a website called Parts Pak, that seems to be the lowest on the net. I have an email into my local Yamaha dealer to see what they charge for it.

Ok, I installed the new throttle today and it is running perfect. My repair was still intact, so I was surprised it quit. I think what happened was some glue seeped into the inside of the throttle and got on the contacts in there. Oh well, it has a brand new throttle now and my neighbor is happy. I attached a pic of the part in its packaging displaying the part number.
