Default 95 TXT Medalist Rebuild

First ever, for me, golf cart owner and rebuild. Lots of work already performed.
1) Get it running, CHECK!
2) Strip it down to the frame, CHECK!
3) put it all back together, IN WORK...

Frame is getting sandblasted, rust repaired, then powdercoated. Started my shopping for replacement parts. Man the list is getting looooooong. But the and on plan is: newer body, Jakes 6" Independent front suspension, new tires/rims, seats and rear seat frame, and 80" top.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to BGW. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Started the rebuild after getting the frame back from Powder Coating. Looks great and will last a long time. All new bolts and bushings. Brake pedal reinstalled, waiting on a few more bushings for the accelerator pedal. Its coming along.

Did you do the frame work or have a paint shop do it? Just wondering what it costs to have a frame powder coated.

The powder coating cost me $250 that's including the sand blasting. Outlaw Powder Coating in Mansfield, TX did the work and it looks great.
