May be on to something here. Unplugged, the white n black from charger show nothing. Plug it back into the cart and I get 36v. Closer look at the timer and it looks "newer" than the charger. Might have been changed before?? Just brainstorming since the sticker on timer is very legible for being an old weathered charger.
Edit I'm guessing the 36 reading comes form it being plugged into the cart and reading the cart voltage. |

Bought one of those $75 chargers off eBay. Seems to be working properly. They wanted $360 to rebuild mine or $4-500 for a new one. No thanks.
