Default should I keep the cart or get rid of it?

Okay I have a 197? EZGO cart given to me by a co worker, not know much about carts I took on the project thinking it would be great to have around the property. After doing a lot of research and troubleshooting on this thing I have came up with is it needs a new Drive clutch pretty expensive for me. After doing my internet research I would like to lift it and put bigger tires on . Kinda of want to have a worker and toy out of it. My question is should I fix the cart and drive it around or sell and get a newer cart that has more options for it. ( I cant find lift kits for that old of a cart would have to fab parts for it). Motor swaps are hard for that old of a cart also motor and axle are parallel to each other and motor runs backward for reverse.
