Rear Shock Removal?
Hey Everyone,
Still a noob to the whole golf cart scene. Since I don't really do much to mine other than use it at the campground I belong too. However....I need to make a few mods to add on a rear seat. Which I already know what i am doing with that. My question is about the shocks though. I ordered new ones (heavy duty) 14inch ones. Exact replacement for what I have on there already. How do I go about removing the old one. If I jack the body up will they just basically pop out or do I need a spring compressor? Thanks in advance.... Jesse |

Re: Rear Shock Removal?
shocks do not control or affect ride height. They dampen spring action. Unbolt them, compress them and they come right out. There is no sudden expansion that will kill you!
