1998 Ezgo gas Limo Upgrade questions

https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B0kJRveFpG5SUE4I'm getting a "custom" not lifted 1998 Ezgo limo. It's got alloys and low profile tires but I want to lift it almost right away.
Will it look strange with a 6" lift with stock tire size for a while? I Also want to add gender flairs. Eventually, the larger tires with be be my "speed upgrade" but the little 2cyl 295 (I believe) seems to come up short in the "balls" department. So I will not mess with gearing at first because of the eventual tires. It has a custom dash but no radio (I'm thinking marine Bluetooth module with radio and speakers and I will put it under the front seat. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Any advice on upgrades or places to put money or ways to get some more pep? Governor / rev limiter calibration is a must. It does just about 18 maybe 20 wide open. I pickup the cart this weekend.

i cant stop laughing at "gender flares". auto correct strikes again! I'll be asking you about some spare parts soon.

Ahhh yeah! Fender Flares!! Oh well. And if anyone knows a great way to paint these or if they just wrap them. Thanks again!
