Default Electric Yamaha suddenly stopped running

2004 G22 electric Yamaha was running fine. Stopped and shut it off and when went to use again it was dead. We had batteries tested and they are good. Charger says batteries are fully charged. Never had a problem with this cart before. Can anyone help me?

Switch cart to "Tow" for 30 seconds. Switch back to "run". Listen for solenoid activation for about 10 seconds then it shuts off. IF YES- push cart to see if it resists moving. IF NO- one of the following is bad- controller, tow/run switch, solenoid, wire harness. (You have already verified battery voltage with your meter to be between 50-51v, since you said they're good. don't have a volt meter? You can't fix electric stuff) Most likely Controller failure....

We do have the click (solenoid activation). Can you clarify the "yes" and "no" and what it may be?......
If it's on run I shouldn't be able to push it? So then what's wrong with it?
If I'm able to push it's one of those other things you mentioned?

Solenoid DOES click AND cart resists pushing= controller is Good & motor is good.. Solenoid does NOT click no longer applies, since you said it clicks. Your cart has GE motor & controller, correct?

I don't no if there's a GE motor and controller? How do I tell?.. so then it either the solenoid or the tow switch?

"Solenoid DOES click AND cart resists pushing" . This statement is true? If So, I would say your tow/run switch & solenoid are good. So is your motor & controller. That means throttle switch, throttle position sensor, key switch, & F&r switch are what's left. Two new questions. Reverse buzzer works when pushing cart & when in reverse (if disconnected, plug it back in for testing, it's under the nose)? Solenoid clicks when key on & pedal pressed?

Reverse buzzer operates correctly= F&R switch is good. Solenoid clicks when gas pedal is pressed= gas pedal switch & key switch are good. Throttle position sensor is the next thing to check (0-5k ohm throttle type). TPS has 3 wires (I think orange, blue, black wires), check all three possible combos while operating pedal through it's range. All testing shall be done with tow/run in TOW position! Unplug harness at controller. Harness plug pin numbers to check are pins 7, 8, 9. If you look closely at the side of the plug that the wires come out of, you can see the numbers molded into the plug to help you identify which one is pin number 1.One combo will read 5k ohm no matter what pedal position. One combo will read roughly 100 ohm with pedal at rest, smoothly Increasing to roughly 4.7k ohm at full throttle. One combo will read roughly 4.7k ohm pedal at rest, smoothly Decreasing to roughly 100 ohm pedal at full throttle. If this is too much confusion, ask any questions you need.
