Default Tomberlin Emerge 500 goes for 3 seconds then stops

Hi all, Thanks in advance for the help!

I have a tomberlin emerge 500 that I have just acquired and trying to get running. Was told that the unit have been sitting for about four months. Would not take a charge, so I replaced all the batteries. Once I replaced the batteries it would run for about 3 seconds and comes to a stop. If I press on the accelerator I hear clicks but nothing more. All light and accessories are working as normal. I have checked all the fuses that I see under the seat and all passed the continuity test. If I disconnect the batteries and let it sit for about 30 seconds it would run for another 3 seconds and do the same thing again. From what I learned from this site so far, it could be the motor speed sensor but wanted some input/advice. Thank you!
