Time setting--244 robins
1987 ezgo with 244cc robins...I installed new crank shaft seals and engine runs well (thanks to all that gave advice on repairs)..now it's running well BUT it seems very week on power..could it be timing and if so how in the world do i move it?...larry

Fig. L-12, and page L-15 show exactly how the timing is set. It should have been done when you changed the seals.
I would look more towards the clutches, and belt. |

Start by setting the pulsar mounting plate to the engine with the mounting screws set in the center of the slot on the plate.
While facing the fan side of the engine rotate the plate clockwise to advance and counterclockwise to retard the timing. |
