Vin number
Not sure I can figure out this forum but here goes.. I bought a used electric Columbia par car that came from a military base and the wiring is a mess. I don’t know where the serial number is located or if it is 36 or 48 volts. It has solar panels on top and don’t know if that is factory or not. Any info would be useful.. thanks greg

Re: Vin number
Maybe start here
http://columbiausa.com/more/customer-care.html There are not a lot of those around, compared to club car, ezgo, etc. So information seems to be a little hard to come by. Maybe try this site sponsor as well. https://evtechnicalservices.com/ Hope this helps. Good luck! |

Re: Vin number
No problem!
If you post some pictures of your batteries and electrical components, folks on here should be able to answer the question of 36v or 48v. Will also be able to help you out with parts and other scenarios. Were you able to find the vin? |

Re: Vin number
If its from a military post, it's most likely the 2010 or 2011 Summit. That's what the gov't purchased 799 of and sent them across the country, only for most of them to eventually end up in auctions because posts just want their Ford Ranger's back.
Parts manual is attached, and the wiring is in section 5. |
