Western Electric to Gas Conversion
I have a 2000 Western Elegante, which is a 42 volt electric cart. I would like to convert it to a gas cart. Since it was originally on an EZ Go chassis, can the chassis of the cart be exchanged to a EZ Go gas chassis? If so, who would be able to do this?

Re: Western Electric to Gas Conversion
The short answer is 'this is an unrealistic proposal'. The engineering, fabrication, costs, and time required to do what you ask is not worth the end result. It is always best to sell the electric cart and buy a gas cart if that is what is needed. I hope this helps
