G16 breaking pedal switch
I have a g16 that has now gone through 3 pedal switches. Each time the cart quites running I have to pull apart and clean the pedal contacts inside.
I have ordered RHOX switches so I am not sure if it is a supplier issue or cart issue. I have also replaced the solenoid thinking maybe it is shorting. The cart also is not overcharging as it is holding around 15 volts. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you in advance. |

Re: G16 breaking pedal switch
How much $ you paying for the switches? The legit yamaha ones retail for about $78.

Re: G16 breaking pedal switch
I dont recall for the original switch but I have luckily gotten the first and second covered under warranty. It is possible something is burning them up or should I simply find a yamaha one?

Re: G16 breaking pedal switch
Well, the pedal switch should only be supplying the main solenoid & the ignition kill relay.
