Default 2011 Yahmaha G29 acceleration issues

I'm having some issues with my G29 gas cart. I was hoping to get some guidance on where to start.
1. The cart seems to "max out" when accelerating. Still goes fairly well but lacks the speed it once had.
2. When idling slow then to a stop, the cart seems to die, like the battery is dead. After a few tries, it starts back up and runs as usual.
3. Used to have zero issues pulling a hill with 4 riders but now it struggles.
4. When starting out, even on a warm day, you have to use the choke. When it does engage it jumps before idling out.

The cart actually sounds different when running too. Compression? Spark Plug? Clogged exhaust?

Air cleaner is good, fuel filter looks good. Gas is fresh with Seafoam additive. No oil leaks. I'm stumped. Any help would be great. Thanks

Sounds like the carb may be gummed up. Based on "have to use choke, even when warm".

Another thing to check would be your Clutch sticking...Sounds like "jumps before idling out" means your clutch is already open and causing jerky starts/stops, may have to pull choke to start because engine is trying to turn both clutches as soon as pedal is pressed and pulling more fuel quickly gets it turning...also would explain both speed issue and struggling on hills...just a thought based on these symptoms...

No it should have a "Team" clutch if its never been replaced and IMO these are junk...Replace it IF that turns out to be your issue...your best bet is to get ahold of Don plowman @ plowmanscarts.com or 810-736-1100 and get one of his clutch kits...have heard nothing but good things about his kits so far ;)
