Default fuel pump

new-b. bought a 1991 gas club car, rode about 2 blocks and it won't start back, no fuel to carb, found that the cranck case hose that works fuel pump was stopped up with oil. How to fix this ?? cleaned the hose it runs fine, but for how long ??

Do a compression test on this motor. I think excessive blowby can cause excess pressure in the crankcase.... leading to oil in the fuel and breather tubes.

Make sure that there are no dips or sags in the hose going from crankcase to fuel pump!

Have seen engines run on as little as 80 psi. but good engines should be around 160 psi. Make sure to check that hose from crankcase to fuel pump! High rpms with a sag or dip in the hose and it will hold oil!

Hey bob... fouling any spark plugs? 90 psi is low but as long as its running and pumping oil, ride tell it blows! Just cut a little of that hose off up near the fuel pump so that there are no sags and you should be fine! goodluck!

get a longer hose/tube and loop it up as high as you can before it gets to the pump.
Not saying this is the correct fix to the root cause problem but might buy you ride time until you can trouble shoot it or ring it.
