rpm = speed
does anyone know what the coversion if you know the speed and want to calculate rpm i have a 94 ds with fe290 and stock 8 in tires

I have a program for "engineered" speed. But there are some things that MUST be a known factor. I will see if I can dig it up for you if you like.

The input shaft RPM on a stock 12.44:1 rear axle with 18.5" diameter stock golf cart tires = about 4.4 MPH per 1000 RPM.

just rember the time space continueuim begins at 88 mph! and you will need the flux capicitor for that too.
